Traditional Residence Halls

Enjoy the complete college experience in one of our traditional residential halls. You鈥檒l share your fully furnished double, triple, or quad dorm room with fellow students and use communal amenities like kitchens and dining areas, study lounges and gathering spaces, and laundry facilities.

  • Courtney Hall

    Our largest campus residence, Countney Hall features traditional double, triple, or quad dorm rooms.

  • Davis Hall

    Davis Hall houses first-year students in single and double dorm rooms. 

  • Dickinson Hall

    Dickinson Hall houses returning students in single, double, and quad rooms.

Apartment, Suite-Style, and Graduate Living

Our apartment style on-campus living offers more privacy, your own kitchen and living/lounging space, in-suite bathrooms, and more. We also offer apartment living for graduate students looking to live on campus while focusing on their studies.

  • Apartment Complex (Welch, Seymour, Conlin)聽

    These three residence halls form a 鈥渉orseshoe鈥 with a cozy greenspace at the center. Graduate housing is also available in Welch Hall.

  • University Hall聽

    Our newest residence hall features apartment living for 4 to 6 in single and double rooms, which include a kitchenette, living area, and private bathroom(s).

  • New Hall聽

    New Hall houses sophomore, junior, and senior students in single and double rooms found within 4- and 6-person apartments.

How Much Does It Cost to Live on Campus?

The room rates for the 2026-2027 Academic Year are:

All Standard Rooms (doubles, triples, and quads)
Semester Rate: $4,650
Academic Year: $9,300

All Singles (design singles)
Semester Rate: $4,900
Academic Year: $9,800

All Super Singles (doubles as singles)
Semester Rate: $5,650
Academic Year: $11,300
