Welcome to the Apartment Complex
Apartment Complex is 91ÌÒɫ’s on-campus apartment-style housing, home to 270 residents. Opened in 1975, the complex comprises three buildings—Welch, Seymour, and Conlin—named after long-time college administrators. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors live in 6-person apartments, with graduate students housed in Welch Hall. The courtyard was redesigned in the early 1980s, and the entire complex underwent a $2.6 million renovation in 2000–2001.
I love the feeling of living in an apartment-style space while still not having to worry about commuting to campus. I also enjoy having my own space to cook.
